Our Mission The
purpose of the association is to promote a "mass" class reunion every 5
years. The reunion is held at the start of each decade and the fifth
year thereof. As an offshoot of the reunion, the excess funds are
contributed to the Shirley Fries
Alumni
Scholarship Fund. This fund is maintained by our organization which
presents a yearly $3,000 scholarship to a graduate from the senior class
of LAHS.
For the 2018 scholarship recipient click the
Scholarship button. We are a non-profit corporation. Any
contributions towards our scholarship fund are fully tax deductible. Our
status may be checked at the
NM Attorney General's
web site.

Dennis Smith's assistance with their 50th Reunion in the Fall of 2017 and his valuable contributions connected LAHS Alumni and continued the Shirley Fries Scholarship. Thank you for your patience concerning numerous website problems. Our current Web-site's software is no longer being supported and our web-site is experiencing a loss of the original configuration. We have a team of volunteers that are collaborating to build a new web-site. The committee will be using a professional web-site builder to assist with a new web-site to be available for preparations for the 2020 Reunion. The e-mail addresses are no longer accessible. You can e-mail Betty Anne Pacheco at bapacheco@lahsalumni.org with a request for a specific e-mail address to obtain a classmate's e-mail address.
